The Amberwhistle system was started in Wilbraham, Massachusetts by James E. Wilkinson, a college professor at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield Connecticut. With a wife and two daughters, ages 10 and 5, he understands the importance of keeping them safe in an increasingly dangerous world.
Every day children are being exploited, harmed or abducted in some way. The AmberWhistle system is the key to prevention of these abuses.
